Bridge "Košická" - Bratislava

The total length of 32m wide bridge over the river Danube, together with flyovers, will be 854m. The Danube riverbed, which is 300m wide, will be bridged by 231m long and 36m high arch-shaped steel structure. The bridge superstructure will rest on two piers, of which one (at the "Petržalka" side) will be located within the riverbed, 40m from the bank.

Motorway D1, Section Ladce - Sverepec

In section Ladce - Sverepec the Motorway D1 will be constructed with parameters of category D 26.5/100. The following structures (among others) will constitute the motorway section: interchange "Beluša", 35 bridges with overall area of 104,142 m2, one large rest area "Sverepec" and two small rest areas "Beluša" situated on both sides of the motorway.

Motorway D1, Section Mengusovce - Jánovce

Motorway D1 in 14,750 m long section Mengusovce - Matejovce will be constructed with parameters of category D 26.5/100 (full profile) and in 11.100m long section Matejovce - Jánovce in category R 11.5/100 (half profile). The following structures will be situated in the alignment of motorway: three interchanges "Poprad", "Tatry" and "Matejovce", 32 bridges with overall area of 62,598 m2, one 996m long two-tube tunnel "Bôrik", two small rest areas "Batizovce" and Motorway Maintenance Centre "Mengusovce".

MotorwayD1, Section Dubná Skala - Turany

In approx. 16 km long section Dubná skala - Turany the D1 Motorway will be constructed in category D 26.5/100. Four interchanges, one at the beginning of the section at the portal of the "Višňové" tunnel, two interchanges at feeder "Martin" and one interchange with feeder "Turany" at the end of section are part of the structure. The Project deals also with relocations and reconstructions of roads affected, with bridges (of which 3 will be over the river Váh, one will over the Krpelianský channel and 4 bridges will provide grade-separated crossings of the railway), relocations and reconstructions of dikes of the river Váh, regulations of local streams being crossed, noise barriers, rest area "Turany" relocations of overhead lines and underground services, relocations of railway telecommunication lines and cables of signalling and interlocking system, etc. At the same time the problems of the motorway affecting the high-voltage electric lines, water resources, mines and quarries, factories, as well as the gene-pool localities and bio-corridors, are dealt with.

Expressway R1, Section Žarnovica - Šášovské podhradie

The R1 expressway, in section Žarnovica - Šášovské Podhradie, is situated in the fluvial plane of the river Hron, parallel to railway track. The road will be constructed as a dual two-lane carriageway in category R 22.5/100(80), with the total length of 18,048m. The connection of expressway to the existing road network will be provided by four interchanges. There are nearly 200 structures - relocations and reconstructions of roads affected, bridges, retaining walls, pile wall, regulation of the river Hron and local streams being crossed, noise barriers, rest area "Hliník" relocations of gas lines, water mains and sewerages, relocations of high- and low-voltage and telecommunication lines, relocations of railway telecommunication lines and cables of signalling and interlocking system, etc., which are dealt with within the scope of the project.

Expressway R2, Figa - bypass

The 3,308m long section of the R2 expressway will be constructed in category R 11.5/100. The bridges and all relocations of overhead lines and underground services are designed so as to enable the future extension of expressway to category R 22.5/100. There are 2 interchanges and 5 bridges proposed in expressway alignment. The major structures of the Project are the expressway, the bridge over the valley of stream Figa and interchange "Figa" with the I/50 road at the existing roadhouse "Eva".

I/11 Road at "Čadca - bypass", part Bukov - Horelica

The relocation of the I/11 road will be carried out in the alignment of the planned Motorway D3, in category S 11.75/80 (half profile of the D3). The of 1,377m long section structure is part of the road relocation scheme with the total length of 6,264m. The works will be carried out in difficult hydro-geological and morphological conditions at the outskirts of built-up area of the town of Čadca. The dominant structure of the project is the 600m long tunnel "Horelica". Technical parameters of the tunnel are in line with the latest requirements on safety and technological equipment of tunnels, including fire-protection and fire-fighting equipment and construction of a separate escape tunnel. The "Kysuca" flyover and the bridge over the valley "U Klimka" are part of the Project. The stability of adjoining slide-slopes will be ensured by the complex of stabilization measures, geo-technical structures and retaining walls.

I/73 (R4) Road at Svidník - relocation

Relocation of the I/73 road - "Svidník Bypass" will be carried out in the alignment of the R4 expressway. The total length of relocation in category R 11.5/80 will be 5,500 m. One interchange is part of the project as well.

I/73 (R4) Road at Šarišský Štiavnik - relocation

Relocation of the I/73 road - "Šarišský Štiavnik Bypass" will be carried out within alignment of the R4 expressway (selection of route from two alternatives). The planned relocation length is 12,500 m in category R 11.5/80.

I/73 (R4) Road, section Prešov - Giraltovce, relocation

Environmental Impact Assessment is being prepared for 22 km long section of the R4 expressway between Prešov and Giraltovce. The outcome of the documentation will be the recommendation of the preferred alternative.

I/15 Road at Stropkov - relocation

The subject of documentation is the design of relocation of the I/15 road - "Stropkov Bypass". The planned relocation in category C 9.5/70 will be 5,000 m long.

Connection of the Peugeot/Citroen car plant at Trnava to the existing road network

The subject of documentation is the design of two roads of category C 9.5/60 with the length of 2,435 and 2,025m, two interchanges, nine small roundabouts and two bridges.
